Return Refund

Once ordered, request for cancellations or replacement of orders duly placed on the website shall not be entertained. Sameo may refund or replace only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware subject to the packaging and casing being returned in good condition. Faulty or damaged software, cases as well as hardware must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch but with a prior intimation of such via email to helpdesk@sameo.in In case of hardware every component part (cables, memory sticks, warranty card etc.) must be available, for it to be accepted as a return. In case you receive incorrect product for which you haven’t ordered, it has to be return in its original packing to us. After verifying such cases, correct product will be dispatched. Rights reserved with Sameo Distribution India Private Limited and it may take longer duration to settle.

Refund will be processed for the cancelled order only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to same account which you used during the transaction. At the request of a customer, Sameo Distribution Private Limited may at its sole discretion consider to change the mode of payment for refund for which charges will have to be borne by the customer. For Credit card/Debit card mode of payment, refund processing time as per bank’s standard time frame which is approximately 8-10 business days. For COD/cheque/DD mode of payment, refund processing time is 15-20 working days. Cheque will be made as per Billing Name provided.

On Prepaid order, 3% cancellation charges will be applicable i.e. 3% of the invoice amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy for Digital Orders:

Refund will not be issued once the code has been delivered to the customer. Sameo Distribution Private Limited expressly states where code is delivered to the customer, refund will not be issued for: (i) due to customer’s dissatisfaction, (ii) if the customer has bought the wrong game. Refunds will also not be issued if customer’s computer or laptop or device does not meet the minimum system requirements for the product.

In certain cases (Unprocessed transactions), refund will be processed only through the same mode of payment i.e. payment to same account which has been used during the transaction. 3% cancellation charges will be deducted on refund amount.
